Everytime that I have spoken with your caht reps they are always so patient and understanding. Today i contacted the about adding a bookmark button. The rep knew the exact steps to do this. I give them a 10 on a scale of 1-5 :)

I agree, chat is a great way to get answers quickly even in the middle of the night! How many other companies have that?
When I call Storesonline I speak to a real human in a few seconds, the other day i called Dell for help with my computer and waited for 15 minutes before i got someone, when I complained they said 15 minutes was pretty good! when i call storesonline i never wait longer than one minute for help, your awesome storesonline!
