Your chat representatives are so patient and willing to help. I am an old lady and not very good with the computer. They are always very patient with me. I give them a 5!

I was on chat for a long time, almost 50 minutes. Britnee was extraordinarily patient and helpful and my issues were all resolved. She truly deserves Five 's. Thank you.

I think StoresOnline has some great customer service. The representatives are so helpful and patient. I also love how painless the chat is to use--if you haven't gone on chat yet, you definitely will want to do that.
